Cross-Border and other M&A Transactions:
- Sell-side representation on a $5.9MM healthcare staffing company.
- Advising European, Canadian and U.S. companies on forming Joint Ventures in various technology sectors, including how best to terminate the Joint Venture to allow one of the partners to acquire majority control of the new U.S. entity. Values: $2 MM to $5 MM.
- Participated in integration of US manufacturing business acquired by French technical fabrics manufacturer.
- Buy-side Representation of European Corporation in purchasing U.S. East Coast Events Management Company. Value: $5 MM+.
- Buy-side representation of European scientific instruments company purchasing assets of U.S. subsidiary of another European scientific instruments company. Value: $1 MM.
- Buy-side management of purchase of 140,000 sq. ft. U.S. industrial building for French equipment manufacturer. Value: $2 MM+.
- Buy-Side representation of European educational institution seeking to acquire U.S. proprietary schools. Value: $30 MM to $50 MM.
- Sell-side representation on a $2.75MM accounting practice.
- Management post-acquisition of U.S. subsidiary of French garage equipment manufacturer.
- Buy-side representation on a $0.5MM commercial photography business.
- Representation of U.S. Subsidiary of European manufacturer after cross-border M&A deal concerning involving transfer of personnel to and relocation of operations within the United States.
